For this, Gmail's Undo Send Lab feature has to be launched. Then the wrong message can be canceled. To launch the feature, login to gmail and go to Settings in the upper right corner of the Gear menu. Clicking on the General tab will show you the relevant settings. From here, go to Undo Send section and check Enable Next Send. Select the preferred time from the Send cancellation period below. The default can be 30 seconds. Then save the settings by pressing the Save Changes button below. If enabled, the user's email address will be listed for this benefit. As a result, after sending any mail there will be an opportunity to withdraw mail at least 5 and maximum 30 seconds.

After launching this facility, whenever you press the Send button to send someone a message, your message has been sent to Gmail's pop-up. Show the Undo or View message with the text By pressing Undo here, the mail will be canceled immediately and a new compose window will open for the correction. Pressing the Send button again will bring the necessary amendments and send it to the desired sender.
